What is Human Centric Lighting ?

Melatonin is a key hormone that regulates sleep. Highlighted in a cover story by Newsweek, melatonin has garnered significant attention for its role in aligning human and biological rhythms with natural cycles of sunrise and sunset.

Human Centric Lighting uses patented "metameric human-centric lighting" technology to effectively influence the Circadian Action Factor (CAF). This technique adjusts the light spectrum at different times of the day while maintaining a consistent color temperature. By modulating wavelengths, it impacts melatonin secretion, aligning daily activities with natural rhythms, enhancing work efficiency, and promoting more restful sleep.

Lighting with a high CAF value suppresses melatonin secretion, helping individuals stay alert, making it ideal for focused work environments. Conversely, lighting with a low CAF value stimulates melatonin secretion, promoting relaxation, making it suitable for unwinding and resting.

Developed in collaboration with national-level research institutions, our color-constant spectrum LED smart health lighting products effectively improve the human circadian rhythm through a specially calibrated LED spectrum, all while maintaining the same visual color temperature. This solution requires no changes to existing wiring and is directly compatible with current dual-color temperature lamp structures.

The LRU "mata­merism" technology has been granted in Taiwan, the United States, Europe, Japan, and China, ahead of international lighting giants like C-brand, P-brand, O-brand, and Z-brand. The patent was granted earlier than the CIE technical document.
